Baking Classes
Class Bookings
Bookings for baking classes are confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations by Customers
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class may qualify for a partial refund or class rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are generally non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will not qualify for a refund.
Rescheduling
We may allow class rescheduling depending on availability and notice provided.
Cancellations by WandileBakes
If a class is cancelled by WandileBakes due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule for another available date
Digital Products and Recipes
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of:
- Recipe ebooks
- Downloadable recipes
- Digital guides
- Printable products
- Online baking materials
are final and non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned after access or download.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
If WandileBakes sells physical products in the future, return eligibility will depend on:
- Product condition
- Proof of purchase
- Return request timeframe
