Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper.Mix gently until everything is well combined (don’t overmix).Roll into medium-sized meatballs.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.Fry meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through.Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Mashed Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 15–20 minutes).Drain well and return to the pot.Add butter and mash until smooth.Slowly add warm milk while mashing until creamy.Season with potato seasoning or aromat.
Step 3: Cook the Green Pumpkin
Place pumpkin pieces in a pot and cover with water.Add a pinch of salt.Boil until soft and tender.Drain and add butter if desired. Step 4: Prepare the Mushroom Sauce
Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.Add chopped onion and cook until soft.Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and brown slightly.Season using salt, or aromat, or any available seasonings.Sprinkle in flour and stir well to coat.Slowly pour in milk or cream while stirring to avoid lumps.Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
